I don't want to deter my own business, but I'm sure you've noticed by now that with positive intent sparring or teaching in terms of fighting creates chroma. It's not ideal, but if you're not comfortable doing it the... well, most obvious way? It hits the spot. Trainee or master, I take it you are skilled. I'd be happy to swap skills between us. If you're willing, of course. :)
