[Someone is bored and has decided to just... Mess around with the network and see what answers she gets.

But of course, she does this anonymously because she's pretty sure she'll get better responses this way.]

So, going by some other posts I've seen on here recently? I've got to thinking about one little thing. Nothing like "What would you do if given the choice to stay or leave" or "What are these feelings I'm feeling" or anything of that sort.

[Get to the point, woman.]

I'm wondering what you all would consider the worst thing a person can do? And I don't mean something silly like "eat the last cookie" or anything like that, I mean something more along the lines of... Well. I can't really say or else none of you will give me your answers! (*´艸`*)

To squander sheer existence, only to end it in terror and dishonor? If your death is worthless, so was your life, and anything you did in it. Just because there's an excess of useless souls whose existence is negligible at best... doesn't mean it's not still the worst thing on a grander scale. In a more visceral sense, not an actionable sense. What could be worse than rendering your own entire existence shamefully irrelevant at the very final moment of truth?

In the situation I'm talking of, they're too cowardly to kill anyone actually. And would one being accepting of their death be dignified in your opinion?

if one accepts death without a fight, or begs for death as mercy, there'd be no shred of dignity. there is more honor in suicide if it comes to saving face in the face of death. someone too cowardly to kill someone will eventually be killed by someone who isn't, where i'm from.
