I don't think I've ever used a forum this big before, but I have something I'd like to ask, so here I go!

Is there anyone here who likes to work out?
Usually I get up early to get my exercise in, but I haven't really settled on a routine I'm satisfied with yet.
Going for a run in an unfamiliar place is fun, but it's also a little lonely lol

So I was thinking about putting together a circuit around the groves or the beach!
It'll be mostly endurance rather than strength training, I build muscle quickly and if I go back home with too much I'll get scolded...

Ah, right! And one more thing! I was taking a look at this place

[ insert a link to a dance studio in prismaplace! it looks glitzy and luxurious, with cutting edge tech to mimic various entertainment environments and conditions. thunderous 360° areas with all the bells and whistles, rainy outdoor lives, dive bars, bougie theaters - you name it, it's there. ]

Isn't it cool? I've just been practicing in the park lately, but with TRIGGER's activities picking up, I want to get serious about it.
Is there anyone else interested? It's such a big space that I thought it'd be fun to have more people go! I have sets I'd like to practice, but you'd be welcome to do whatever you'd like, of course. Or I can put together new choreography!
I can bring snacks and drinks, too.

[About that surprise, her box is actually of homemade almond cookies that she had stashed away before, so she's lucky she has some available. Phew! But she won't tell him that yet.

Instead, she hears his voice, and nods--oh he can't see.]

I am? Wonderful! Then I hope you are ready for your surprise.

[ when she enters, he's at the countertop in his kitchen, which is open but separated from the living area by a bar-style island, complete with a couple stools. in front of him are two cups, and he's dutifully preparing two cups of coffee, plus extras - cream and sugar, mostly. ]

I'm ready! And here's this for you, too.

[ he picks up a steaming cup and offers it out. ]

[She comes in and looks around, and makes a sound of approval at the set up. He really looks like he's in his element right there as well, just making the drinks like he was born to do this.

Just how talented is Ryuu?]

Thank you, Ryuu! [She can smell how fragrant it is from here, as she moves over to collect the cup after putting the cookies down on the countertop.]

It looks beautiful already--oh! Come, open the box.

[ he likes food and drinks. he'd loved to learn a little along the way - they're two simple things that can make a world of difference in someone's day, after all. ]

It's a new blend I picked up! It does smell good, doesn't it? I've been learning a bit more about teas and coffees lately.

[ since he gets so many more guests here than he usually does.

at the offering of the box, he wipes his hands on a kitchen towel and swings it over his shoulder to stow it for a moment, reaching out to pop it open. his expression draws in wonder at the contents, then he smiles. ]

Ah, almond cookies? These look great! And they smell nice too. You picked a good pairing, Sen.

[Why is he so adorable, how does she make sure he GETS THE WORLD AND EVERY FOOD AND DRINK HE WANTS.]

Really? What prompted your desire to learn?

[Her two favourites, after all. So she's already inhaling, but she's waiting for him to settle first before taking a sip.

So it's time watch as he opens the box, where she bashfully looks away.]

I'm glad, because I made those. I hope they are to your tastes!

[ settle in he does, coffee and cookies and all. ]

I was already brewing my own tea at home from time to time! And I get a lot more guests here than usual... [ considering he's not famous and therefore not off limits. ] But Eichi-kun doesn't always feel well, you know? I thought it'd be good to try it out in earnest in case it was up to me to make good tea.

[ a laugh. ]

I'm no where near his level yet though!

[ with that, he takes a bite of cookie, face already lit up. ]

Tasting these, I might just leave the cookies to you from now on. They're great.

[This is already the tastiest, she's ready to Consume.

So she takes a sip and makes a noise of approval as he goes through his story.]

You're already really good, and if this is your improved level... [She laughs softly.] Eichi-kun really does insist! [Looks like Eichi might be the only person she tacks a -kun at the back too.]

Anyway, I think you're good in your own right. There is something distinctive about it. I still enjoy it.

[As for her cookies, she blushes, beaming proudly.]

I'm glad they are to your tastes! I was hoping so, since it was something I prepared earlier that I could not make something just for you. Which I should.

This is plenty! I can still tell a lot of care went into them, because baking brings out that trait... we paired up good this time, didn't we?

[ ryuu picks up his cup to take a sip, then reaches for his phone. ]

So! What would you say your favorite kind of music is?

[He's so sweet! Moreso than these cookies.] We did! I suppose you can say we...what do they say, hivemind. [Wow.]

Mmm, I like plenty, like traditional songs, though because of my schedules, I listen to a lot of pop music. [Whatever is on the radio, half the time.]

[ with a smile, he taps through his phone a few times. ]

I'd love to do a traditional song someday! But it doesn't really fit TRIGGER's image...

[ c'est la vie! ]

It's lucky though, that we're mostly pop! So here, why don't I let you pick?

[ turning his phone over, he displays a list of their singles by release date: DIAMOND FUSION, SECRET NIGHT, NATSU☆しようぜ！, LEOPARD EYES, LAST DIMENSION, 願いはSHINE ON THE SEA, IN THE MEANTIME, DAYBREAK INTERLUDE, DESTINY...

...there's a lot. ]

Perhaps one just for an event. It would be nice to see, some bands do it just for something unique.

[Like BSB doing the Harlem Shake--wait.

Either way, she starts flicking through the songs and sees that there is a lot. Time to start with the one that started it all!

Except her eyes widen and she just falls silent.]

[ it should sound familiar, since gaku had been playing the instrumental when formally introducing them to lunatia and the other moonblessed. diamond fusion was the start... back then, and hopefully here now, too.

with a slight grin, he politely tucks a chuckle into his coffee cup. ]

It's our debut song... it brings back a lot of memories. It's been nearly four years.

[To hear it with words now, is such an experience! The melody may be familiar, but it's a whole new feeling hearing them sing to it.

And now she wonders, what would this be live?]

My heart is racing, Ryuu. And this is just something out of your phone. Four years...so this is how long you've been together.

Is it? I'm glad! That's the kind of expression I hope we bring to people.

[ one that starts in the heart. ]

...and yeah. It seems like the blink of an eye, but also like we've been together my whole life. That sort of feeling.

Really? Then I guess you have succeeded...alright, I must listen to more.

[She changes to another song. But also--] Imagine how you would be live. I cannot wait!

[She laughs softly, however, and it drifts.]

Time flowing fast is something I know too well. It's...flowed slower for me lately. I'm glad I can keep up with you all now.

Slower, huh? [ leaning on his elbow slightly, he looks into his coffee cup. ] I think I understand. So much happens, but the days feel long.

[ because everything that happens is new. yet familiar, somehow. ]

I can't wait either. You can listen to TRIGGER like this, but to hear us... to run straight through with us, it's better to go to a live.

[ it's no awamori, but ryuu lifts his mug with a chuckle. ]

To a first live.

Mmm, you think back and then you notice, my, it has been a while back. And this is coming from someone like me.

[She straightens as he leans in, so that she can turn to face him properly. Life certainly is different. It's nothing she has experienced before, even if they are living life not so differently from before. These were not things she did.]

I want to see a live. Hearing these songs and I'm already excited, then what would it be like if I experience it as you play? I'm trying to be calm, truly. [Actually, she's doing pretty well.

Still! She raises her cup. A non-alcoholic beverage will just have to do, and she clinks his lightly.]

To a first live. I'll do my best as well.
