In fact, he was already at the bar with a drink in hand, and another set down before him. He's always ready for a good time and stopped at nothing to ensure anyone with him was having a good time as well.
By the way, he's in his suit jacket, and also dealing with the Cordis moon which gives him a bit of a foxy look with ears and a tail.]

There he is. Oh. He's Cordis. He's found Cordis is a lot of fun, even though he's not one. He approaches, slides into the seat next to him, and offers the other a smile. It's an easy grin, and there's an air of confidence surrounding him. His tone is teasing, just a little. ]
