Good day. My name is Sandalphon, and I manage Cafe Azure.

With Valentine's Day approaching, I would like to devise a menu for the occasion. Since our realms differ greatly, what flavors and motifs are common to the holiday where you come from?

I'm familiar with chocolate and anatomically inaccurate hearts.

Also, do any local businesses offer free refreshments to new arrivals? It has occurred to me that this may help them acclimate.

Why would it not?
I seem to never run out of tales to orate.
The Prismals have supplied me with new material from which to draw inspiration from.

I question whether I would make for a suitable audience.

Stage performances were never something I chanced to observe.

There is always a first time to experience something new.
As long as you uphold proper audience etiquette, I see no reason why you should not attend.

I can even get you tickets to the first row so that you can bring Lucifer with you.

[ How many chances is Lucio himself going to get to be the one front and center on angel date night? ]

[ Sandalphon knows, without having to ask, that Lucifer would surely enjoy the novelty of the experience at the very least.

It does, perhaps despite common sense, still surprise him that Lucio would want him there though. ]

Have any of the others attended your performances thus far? I would imagine others may have asked, were they aware.

It strikes me as proper to pay, if that is your vocation in this world... Though I do recall you expressed interest in the cafe at one point, so I hadn't realized you had taken up your trade here.

Only one surprise visitor from days long past.

[ He will leave Sandalphon to guess, though Lucio never minds when crew members come to watch him. It is nice to see some recognizable faces in the crowd. ]

I work with the troupe for free.
There is no imperative to take payment I do not need.
And I handle both professions of barista and storyteller with great aplomb, would you not say?

[ Compliment him, Sandy. Complimeeeeent him. ]

[ He supposes there is something to be said from having support, and Lucio readily offered his own where the cafe was concerned.

Not that he'll admit that he also wants to return that kindness. ]

You handle Prismals fawning over you more easily than most, I'm certain. As for your work as a barista, there remains much to learn.

[ And this time, he'll actually teach. That might be a compliment in its own right, maybe. ]

Does that mean you will teach me one-on-one? I am ever waiting to be your astute pupil. I can even call you professor, if you would like.

[ He will draw it out long and slow for him so Sandy can retain the sound of it coming from this voice. ]

How else would I teach you, if not individually? The others know what to do already.

But I am not an instructor, that would be Elmott.

[ Trying to murder him in ways he won't even understand, eh, Lucio? ]

But no one knows the art of coffee preparation better than you, Professor Sandy.
I will show up early with my Cafe Azure apron.

[ He knows Sandy never gave him one, so he made one for himself to maintain the employee dress code. ]

Regardless, I don't teach as a profession, so a title isn't necessary.

Since when do you have an apron?

[ He could swear he hasn't had occasion to give Lucio one since his return... Or rather, he's been so focused on other things that he's overlooked this provision. ]

It is always necessary to expect one's superiors. As you are now both teacher and expert, please allow me to venerate you properly.

Oh, this little thing? I just found one lying around.

[ Notice him, Sandy-senpai. ]

If we're talking about this nonsense, you are my elder. The two factors ought to negate one another.

[ So he'll argue, anyway. ]

Anyhow, I will provide you with a proper apron. You need not improvise.

So generous, my teacher. I will accept the apron.
I see that appearance is very important.

Allow me to jot that down then I will show up promptly for my lessons.

[ Every time Sandy gives him an inch, he takes an entire planet's circumference. ]

It's my responsibility as manager to supply the uniform.

[ And just as Lancelot had once said, a uniform was important to have. ]

I'm certain you've no need of notes.

[ He signed up for this, and yet...

[ Never mind that he remembers ever single detail from the beginning of time and existence itself... ]
