A good ten plus years here on a strange planet... that'd be half of your current lifespan. You may as well be a full-fledged citizen with a new life and new friends by then.

{ well he's not one to talk when it comes to short lifespans, although for decidedly very different reasons. her resignation to not making friends (or at least easily) does strike a familiar sort of pain. even if he'd never really considered it as painful before Prismatica. }
