Question: if you're having really vivid dreams that leave you waking up... messy, what are they and how do you make them stop?
[ when you skipped past puberty, don't know what to call a wet dream, and have no internet searching skills... you make the mistake of asking the internet. but seriously. how do you make them stop?! at least give him a term to research, please! ]

It's different for everyone. Certain factors can affect the likeliness of their occurrence, for instance.
Did you see anything that excited you, the day before the dream?
no subject
Excited me? Like, something exciting that happened? Not really, it was a pretty normal day.
[ He doesn't understand euphemistically what he meant. ]
no subject
Not quite like that.
I imagine you realize where the mess originates, yes?
Have you noticed any strange feelings there, at any other time?
no subject
I know the source of it, but not the source of it. Those dreams aren't even... they don't even make sense!
[ At least if it was focussed on people he could make more sense of it, but he's instead stuck with abstract horny dreams. Thanks, Iris. ]
Like, burning with urination strange, or... you're making it sound like a possession or medical condition when you put it like this.

My apologies, I'm trying not to be be crass but instead it's making me quite vague.
For most of us, there are certain things that excite us, sexually. Whether it be the person we fancy, or certain acts one finds enjoyable... these usually tend to be the subject of the dreams as well.

They often do. But it follows that they would be more abstract if you haven't experienced anything sexual outside of them before.
It is simply a part of growing older, at least for most humans. You could fight them or try things like hypnotism to avoid dreaming at all, but now that they've started for you there's really no going back. You're an adult now.

Of course I haven't, it's not exactly high up on my lists of things to do.
[ And usually he's stuck in his thirteen year old body, so it's not a concern on any level. Ugh! He finally gets to be properly eighteen in all ways, and then it turns out... there were things he'd never thought about but now has to live with?
... Okay, that might be many things in life, but it's still frustrating. ]
I was an adult before! There were just circumstances about certain things and, ugh!

I understand. Matters of the flesh are a luxury many cannot afford to spend time on.
[ He knows that not everybody throws wild parties like nobles do. ]
It will get easier with time. That is likely the only consolation I can give.
Others may tease you for your inexperience, but rest assured, they likely experienced the same thing you have, so don't take them too seriously.

(The deeper reasoning is just how it's nice to feel obviously normal in a way that's not contestably human. All human guys seem to have to deal with this. Shino's now having to deal with this. So he's still pretty human, right? Just like he's always saying. Even if this is a really annoying way of proving it to himself yet again.) ]
I don't know why I'd take them seriously at all... but everyone's saying it gets easier with time. How much time are we talking? Weeks, months, years, decades? Please tell me it's not decades.
no subject
Yes, some people are like that. They see someone struggling and they can't help but make it worse. It's a sign of insecurity. I've seen it many times before.
[ He also lives in a house surrounded by eccentric geniuses so he knows all the otome types. ]
It varies from person to person, but it should only take a few years. Of course, our circumstances in this world are far from normal, so it could certainly be less. Though hopefully not more.
no subject
People really need better things to do with their time, seriously.
[ He has too much knowledge, he's too strong...! ]
Less would be nice. Less would be great! I know it's not the end of the world but it's annoying, and ugh! I don't like waking up gross!
no subject
Agreed. Just remember that if you find others are being difficult.
[ Life lessons with le Comte!! ]
With any luck, they will become less frequent. No doubt the moons can have an effect on them as well, so you may be able to take certain precautions in the future.

[ He's definitely asking you if what Hisoka said about "the stranger" where you numb your arm to use it for self pleasure is really a thing, because. Okay, one other person here said yes, but how is that a thing?! ]
What do you mean about the moons having an effect?
no subject
[ Sorry, kid..... ]
Well, when one is under the influence of the moon, one can experience a fair degree of changes, include an increase in one's sexual appetite. It stands to reason that they could increase the intensity of your dreams as well.
no subject
[ Really... not helping... ]
Wait, so this could be influenced by the moons, too? Maybe even outright caused by them?
That's such a relief!
no subject
[ That's just logic, son. ]
It's possible. They seem to affect everyone differently.
no subject
Yeah, I just thought that was for the weird animal stuff though. Are there other things going on?
