pipewrenchfights[The camera's a little shaky since Allie's holding it in one hand in front of her, sitting in one of the plastic seats in the employment office. Her brow is beetled beneath the brim of her black ball cap, frustration lining the creases in her face.]
Awright, so before I go fillin' out a buncha paperwork, how many people even have cars and bikes that could use a mechanic? 'Cause the models they got here are way fancier and techy than whatever we had rollin' around back home.
[The camera moves again as she props her elbow up on her knee, dropping her chin into her other hand with a frown quirked to one side.]
If this doesn't shake out, I can work some odd jobs if anyone's hirin'. Uhhh...last job was a camera operator, before that I stocked shelves on the graveyard shift. Current job before showin' up here was clearin' out ghosts and stuff, but I don't see that bein' a hot business.
