I was wondering...if anyone would like to play a game! After everything that's happened I thought maybe something fun would be good to take people's minds off of things.

It's called word association and you basically start off saying a word and then the other person has to think of another word they associate with it! It's really fun, and I think everyone could learn a bit more about each other playing it. Feel free to play with each other too. I. I just want everyone to enjoy themselves. So I'll start with the word: white! Now you have to think of a word that you associate with it.

But! That's not what I...really wanted to talk about. I. I also wanted to ask if anyone would be interested in learning sign language. I know we can all understand each other inherently here, which is amazing, isn't it? People can understand speech and writing but I'm not sure I've met many people who know sign language off the bat. I...think that learning a new language might be fun for some people, right?

[ Maaaybe?! He's so bad at this. Maybe this wasn't a good idea?! He doesn't even know. He's awkward so please don't rag on him too bad!! He's so not good with addressing entire networks of people and offering to teach people stuff. ]

Anyway. If you have any questions, or would even like to offer up your own language to teach or learn...please don't hesitate to speak with me! It could be like an exchange of sorts! And we could have weekly meetings, it might be fun! [ Or not. ] Thank you for taking the time to read this, I really appreciate it!! And please have fun playing this game with one another!

There's a variety of ways to make it pay off. You just need to ensure you're not losing collateral.

I did say 'too much', didn't I? Chroma generation by definition requires a mutually beneficial arrangement. I meant more like... someone lacking independence, who depends too much on others for things they should be able to do themselves.

I...never really thought about it like that. I guess because I'm a doctor, I just help people...regardless of whether I get something out of it. Asking people for collateral...it feels weird to do.

You're thinking about it too broadly. Doctors help others for pay. Some also do it to feel good about themselves or to curry favor with patients. Long as there is something to gain, that counts. There's nothing strange about mutual beneficial exchanges like that.

Oh! I see. I guess you're right. It's not like we have a choice in the matter, especially when it comes to patients. [ But, hm, fiercely independent... ]

I just...don't like people worrying about me too much! I tend to try and do everything on my own, if I can!

[ But he also has poor self-esteem so it's really hard for him to actually ask people for things?! He just...tends to wing it, if he has to. But the whole moonlacing thing really stresses him out so it makes it so much harder to be independent like he normally would be. ]
