yo serious-kinda-not-serious question but i 100% mean it

how do you tell someone that you reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally want them to uh
pet you and all that
(esp if that someone is ur roomate and stuff)

without actually asking cause it might get weird? i kinda got this itch behind my ears that i havent been able to get rid of on my own and i know im gonna get super extra needy about it when cordis hits in like. a week and im kinda hit or miss on being all ~suave~ with that sorta thing?? the big reason why it might get weird anyway is sometimes that spot above my tail gets that same feeling and THAT is the sketchy spot

A shorter-term question is bothering me this time, and it's one that may affect others.

As far as I can compare the local calendar to the one I'm familiar with at home, my birthday is coming up soon. On the other hand, when I arrived here, I was expecting my birthday to be a good five months off.

Should I mark it now, or wait another three months? I can't decide which would be easier to remember. How are others grappling with it?

Hey everyone. I hope you had a fun festival. (´｡• ω •｡`)

I saw some people lose their bracelets during that time, and it makes me really worried about other Moonblessed. Do you have someone you can contact if it gets... bad? I'm pretty lucky in that regard, but I don't know if everyone else is. And some people are young, which makes me even more worried about what might happen. Nobody chose to be here. So you shouldn't have to be put in a position where you feel that desperate, alone, and in pain.

And also, it's only happened twice that I've seen for folks, but... some people turn into full animals. What about people who are jellyfish? Will they just transform, alone, and die? I should talk to the researchers about this. It's pretty messed up.

I guess what I'm trying to say is be safe. It feels really shameful when it's happening, but it's not your fault. I'm an older guy and I've been through a lot and I don't want others to have to do it, too.

After it gets close enough, the communicator drops, and a strange silver creature twists and zooms out of view as Demyx scrambles to pick up the dropped device. Whatever that was, it sure did get spooked!]}

I guess he didn't like the song or something, but uh... Anyway! I wanna load this baby up with other stuff, so gimme some really good ones!

Has anyone as of yet read anything of worth from the Lunar Scientia? Since the vine issue seemed to take up most of our precious time, I have only been able to thumb through a few things regarding the city and its culture. I would honestly take any suggestions. Except for any contemporary fiction. I've lost all faith in any present literature after having to see with my own two eyes award-winning titles such as: "A Knot To Remember", "Much Ado About Yiffing", and "My Lover, the Sanguis with the Big Chest".
